Locking orders explained

Orders are locked when being picked or packing and shipping:

• Pickers (using the Pikr Go app)
• Pack and Ship Displays

Once locked, the order:

• will not be available for auto assigning to other staff picking at the same time.
• will not be available to Pack and Ship displays for manual locking.

Orders locked to pickers:

• Automatically unlock if the picker has been idle for 1 hour.

Orders locked to pack and ship displays:

• Do not automatically unlock.
• Orders can be released and reset.
