Statuses Explained

Statuses in the Pikr Status column of the orders table explained:

Status What it means Available for Pick and Pack
Ready Order is available for picking and packing
 ✔️
Locked Order is currently either being:
a) Picked
Order is in the picking list of a Pikr Go device.
Note: If a picker has been idle for 1 hour, the order will automatically unlock and be available to other staff for picking again.

b) Packed and Shipped

Order is the packing queue of a Pack and Ship Display.

Note: Newly picked orders in the packing queue never expire.

 ❌
On Hold Order has been placed on fulfillment hold:
a) Order will not be available for picking or packing
Common use-cases:
  • You can partially fulfill an order and place the remaining items on hold.
  • During picking, if an order has insufficient or damaged inventory
    • Pickers can place the order on hold.
Advanced use-cases:
You can setup automations in Pikr that will let you auto-hold orders, including:
  • preorders
  • orders with partial inventory in stock
