Manage backorders and preorders

Learn how to automatically place backorders and preorders on hold. Orders placed on hold will not be available for picking, when orders are assigned to pickers.

1. Go to the Automate page
2. Click on Create Automation in the top right.
3. Under Select conditions an order must meet, select
   1. Where Order has Partial Inventory In Stock
4. Under Select the automation to run, select
   1. Hold Fulfillment

Note: Pikr automatically keeps track of inventory levels and changes in real-time using Shopify webhooks.
