Setup Picking Totes (optional)

Picking totes are handy way to keep track of orders during picking and packing.

Create and print tote barcodes

1. From the Totes page. (left sidebar menu).
2. Click on the +Add button (top-right corner).
3. Enter the number of unique totes your warehouse will use. Click on Save Totes.
4. From the table, click on the checkbox in the table header to select all.
5. Click on the Generate Barcodes button.
6. Print and attach the barcodes to your picking totes.

Using picking totes

Using the picking app, pickers will be able to assign a tote to each order during picking.

Why should I use picking totes?

Pickers will be able to quickly sort picked order items.

After picking, orders are transferred into Pack Stations for shipping labels and fulfilling. From the Pack Station, staff will be able to keep track of which orders to pack.
