Cancelling manifested eParcel shipments
If the shipment has not been manifested.
Step 1. Cancel the shipment in Pikr.
Step 2. Discard of the shipping label (if printed)
If you’ve already manifested a shipment.
Step 1. Cancel the shipment in Pikr.
Step 2. Discard of the shipping label (if printed)
Step 3. Once manifested, you will also need to either:
- lodge a credit claim with Australia Post here.
- email / phone your Australia Post lodgement facility and ask the staff to delete the connote.
