Refund MyPost Business shipping labels

  1. Cancel the shipment in Pikr.
  2. After cancelling in Pikr, you will see a popup to login to your MyPost Business dashboard.
  3. Login to your MyPost Business account. 
    1. You will be redirected to the correct shipping label in MyPost. (If you have logged into the correct MyPost Business account)
  4. Press the red refund button.


You will need to press the refund button for the shipment via your MyPost Business dashboard. (*Please allow up to 30 minutes for the Refund Button to appear)

Note - If you are using a business credit account, the refund button may sometimes not appear. (You will need to contact your Australia Post account manager in this case)
