Refund MyPost Business shipping labels
- Cancel the shipment in Pikr.
- After cancelling in Pikr, you will see a popup to login to your MyPost Business dashboard.
- Login to your MyPost Business account.
- You will be redirected to the correct shipping label in MyPost. (If you have logged into the correct MyPost Business account)
- Press the red refund button.
Important
You will need to press the refund button for the shipment via your MyPost Business dashboard. (*Please allow up to 30 minutes for the Refund Button to appear)
Note - If you are using a business credit account, the refund button may sometimes not appear. (You will need to contact your Australia Post account manager in this case)
